Simon Eye is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the monthly close process, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounts payable activities across multiple entities. This role works closely with the Senior Accountant, VP of Finance, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Review vendor payments and accounts payable transactions for accuracy.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and prepaid schedules.
- Analyze general ledger accounts and investigate variances.
- Record and reconcile deposits, inventory activity, and vendor statements.
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting.
- Support annual audit preparation and special accounting projects.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 1+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or accounts payable experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Strong Excel skills; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
